- One 1-hour discussion on brand personality, vision, target audience, objectives  
- Establish look and feel of pitch deck using specific colors, fonts and design elements for the brand*
- Copyediting and adaptation of existing content to target audience
- Material orientation, visual representation of concepts (custom elements such as infographics would be subject to additional paid hours)
- Organization and formatting for consistency/fluidity
- Highly recommended to keep the deck under 35 slides, each slide with minimal text to keep the audience engaged
- One round of revisions (minor modifications only, not a complete overhaul)
- Final version to be delivered as .Ppt and .Pdf

* Images, including stock photos and icons, shall be provided by Client and/or sourced by Agency. Images sourced by Agency shall be royalty-free wherever possible. If Client chooses paid images, Client is responsible for any applicable fees and/or artist recognition (ex: through Agency's preferred vendor, iStock Photo, "Essentials" category images are charged at $10 each. Custom designs such as infographics are considered add-ons outside of this scope. On-site custom photography and/or videography are available as custom projects.
